An Innovative & Evolving Tool
At Locus, guarantees are another high-impact community development tool in our suite of products and services. Locus is the program manager for the Community Investment Guarantee Pool, a national innovative financing tool for intermediaries lending to small businesses, affordable housing developments, and climate solutions.
We’re also taking guarantees to the local level with projects like the Kansas City Credit Enhancement Fund, a program developed alongside our partners at the Kauffman Foundation.
